1. Scope of Direct Pass

These terms apply to the Nubbu Direct Pass invitation, both before and after the app becomes available. Direct Pass gives an invited person the opportunity to access Nubbu and complete the relevant registration process. It does not guarantee final admission, permanent membership, access to any particular event or any other specific benefit.

Nubbu may decline, suspend or revoke an invitation where the person does not meet the applicable eligibility or community rules, where there is misuse, fraud or a safety concern, or where this is reasonably necessary to comply with the law or protect the Nubbu community.

2. Eligibility and personal use

You must be at least 18 years old. Your invitation is personal and may not be sold, transferred, duplicated or used fraudulently.

3. Activating and using Direct Pass

A valid mobile number and successful verification are required to activate Direct Pass. If the app is already available, the invitation may take you directly to download the app and complete setup. If you create a Nubbu account, that account will be governed by the terms and privacy policy applicable to the app.

4. WhatsApp notice

By selecting the form checkbox, you accept these Terms, acknowledge the Direct Pass Privacy Policy and request one WhatsApp message from Nubbu when the app becomes available so you can use your invitation. The message is limited to that availability notice. It does not authorise newsletters, event promotions, registration reminders or recurring marketing.

If you do not select the checkbox, the form will not continue, no verification code will be sent and Direct Pass will not be activated. Before the message is sent, you can cancel your request by emailing privacy@nubbu.club. Once you receive the message, you can opt out by replying STOP or BAJA, or by emailing privacy@nubbu.club. Nubbu will not send another WhatsApp message under this request.

5. Availability, expiry and changes

Nubbu may set reasonable availability limits or an expiry date for Direct Pass. The version accepted when you complete the form is recorded with the invitation. Material changes will apply prospectively and will be published with a new effective date.

Direct Pass is operated by NUBBU SOCIAL CLUB S.L. Contact: privacy@nubbu.club. Spanish law applies, without limiting any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Estos términos se aplican a la invitación Direct Pass de Nubbu, tanto antes como después de que la app esté disponible. Direct Pass ofrece a una persona invitada la oportunidad de acceder a Nubbu y completar el proceso de registro correspondiente. No garantiza la admisión definitiva, una membresía permanente, el acceso a un evento concreto ni ningún otro beneficio específico.

Nubbu podrá rechazar, suspender o revocar una invitación cuando la persona no cumpla los requisitos de acceso o las normas de la comunidad aplicables, cuando exista un uso indebido, fraude o un riesgo para la seguridad, o cuando sea razonablemente necesario para cumplir la ley o proteger a la comunidad Nubbu.

Debes tener al menos 18 años. Tu invitación es personal y no se puede vender, transferir, duplicar ni utilizar de forma fraudulenta.

3. Activación y uso de Direct Pass

Para activar Direct Pass se requiere un número de móvil válido y completar correctamente la verificación. Si la app ya está disponible, la invitación podrá llevarte directamente a descargarla y completar la configuración. Si creas una cuenta de Nubbu, dicha cuenta se regirá por los términos y la política de privacidad aplicables a la app.

4. Aviso por WhatsApp

Al seleccionar la casilla del formulario, aceptas estos Términos, reconoces la Política de Privacidad de Direct Pass y solicitas un único mensaje de WhatsApp de Nubbu cuando la app esté disponible para poder utilizar tu invitación. El mensaje se limita a ese aviso de disponibilidad. No autoriza newsletters, promociones de eventos, recordatorios de registro ni marketing recurrente.

Si no seleccionas la casilla, el formulario no continuará, no se enviará el código de verificación y Direct Pass no se activará. Antes de que se envíe el mensaje, puedes cancelar tu solicitud escribiendo a privacy@nubbu.club. Cuando recibas el mensaje, puedes darte de baja respondiendo STOP o BAJA, o escribiendo a privacy@nubbu.club. Nubbu no enviará otro mensaje de WhatsApp basado en esta solicitud.

5. Disponibilidad, caducidad y cambios

Nubbu podrá establecer límites razonables de disponibilidad o una fecha de caducidad para Direct Pass. La versión aceptada al completar el formulario se registra junto a la invitación. Los cambios importantes se aplicarán hacia el futuro y se publicarán con una nueva fecha de vigencia.
